A logo was developed for Suncoast Residences, a property rental/airbnb business targeting families, singles and couples who love to travel. A clean, minimalist monogram design primarily based on a semi submerged S letterform was created to resemble a house or property.  The logomark also contains a “C” for coast, and lowercase “r” for residences. A clean colour palette based on tones visible in an ocean were used to reference the main distinguishing aspect of the logo which discriminated the logo from competitors.
